Test Manager

Job description

• Leading the Testing Team to the success of project
• Defining the scope of testing within the context of each release / delivery
• Deploying and managing resources for testing
• Reproducing and eventual re-evaluation of defects
• Applying the appropriate test measurements and metrics in the product and the Testing Team
• Planning, deploying and managing the testing effort for any given engagement

Requirements:

• experience in managing a team of testers
• experience in testing information systems from an integration perspective
• experience with automated, load or penetration testing
• experience in testing in the banking, telecommunications, energy or other sectors
• experience with testing tools (manual, automation, performance tools)
• experience in testing a system based on technologies such as: OS Server Win / Linux, OS Mobile; WebServer – Apache, IIS; App.Server – JBoss, WebLogic, WebSphere, OAS; DB Server – Oracle, MS SQL, Sybase
• experience with some programming or scripting languages: C / C ++, C #, VB, JAVA, Python, JAVA script, Ruby, Perl, PHP, etc.
• English B2 level
