Test Analyst

Job description

• Analysing requirements, preparing test cases, preparing data for testing
• Arrangement and initiation of automated tests
• Executing feature tests
• Reproducing and eventual re-evaluation of defects
• Customer support with acceptance testing
• Quality Assurance support during the software development

Years of experience

• Software testing for at least 1 year

Desired skills

• Analytical thinking
• Knowledge of testing processes and methods
• Experience with testing of information systems (from implementation perspective)
• Basic experience with automated testing
• Experience with testing in either banking, telecommunication, energy, or other similar sectors.
• Experience with some testing tools
• Experience with testing mobile applications
• Experience with Jira, MS SQL, SOAP UI – Basic knowledge
• ISTQB certificate appreciated
• Also much appreciated is any experience with programming or scripting languages, such as C/C++, C#, VB, JAVA, Python, JAVA script, Ruby, Perl, PHP, etc.

Language

• English B1-B2 level
• German B1 level big advantage
